Zhang Haoxin

Mr. Zhang specializes in corporate compliance, cross-border transactions, corporate mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments. 

Mr. Zhang obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and Master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China. In 2019, Mr. Zhang passed the Chinese Bar.

Before joining WZR China, Mr. Zhang worked at a leading international law firm in China. Mr. Zhang has advised numerous international investment institutions, multinational corporations and domestic companies in their acquisitions, investments, and general corporate matters in a wide range of industries, including automotive, mining, real estate, energy, and healthcare. His experience covers documentation drafting and review, due diligence, business negotiation, and legal advice.

With his professional knowledge in legal affairs and understanding of the domestic and international investment environment, Mr. Zhang is committed to delivering comprehensive and effective legal solutions to clients, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

Mr. Zhang is fluent in both Chinese and English.
